The People Plugin was founded by Sara Siami and her drive for 'Peopl-ing' in businesses to get the most out of the relationship for both parties.
Sara is passionate about the culture and performance of workforces in young, and accelerating business. “I know you can have an engaged workforce, you can recruit, develop and retain top talent, and you can absolutely do it in a way to generate better business results.”
With over 15 years of global Corporate experience, and a 2 year stint in Government, Sara spent the last 5+ years loving the start-up/scaling landscape. Sara led the People and Culture discipline for South Australia’s most successful startup- Sweat. With a 240% headcount growth, she has lived experience in scaling the workplace to support the workforce
